Inspection Services Are Governed by a Separate Agreement

Every inspection performed by Ken Arnold Home Inspection LLC is governed by a written Pre-Inspection Agreement signed by the client before work begins. That agreement — not this website — defines the scope of the inspection, the standards of practice applied (ASHI), exclusions, limits of liability, and dispute-resolution terms. If you have questions about the agreement, ask before you sign.

Massachusetts License

Ken Arnold is a Massachusetts-licensed home inspector (License #587) regulated by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. All inspections follow the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Home Inspectors regulations and the ASHI Standards of Practice.

No Warranty

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
