This policy explains how Ken Arnold Home Inspection LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, street address, city, state, ZIP code, message, the service you need, and how you heard about us. The form asks you to agree to be contacted about your inspection request. We use this information to respond to your request and send it to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel.
When you use our chat assistant, we collect the messages you type. You may also choose to share your name, email address, phone number, address, and details about the work you need. The assistant uses Anthropic's AI service to generate replies from your messages. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat transcript and any details you provide. Chat details are also sent to LeadConnector / HighLevel so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
Our website collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time on the site. Tools on the site also use cookies and browser storage. These tools collect information such as approximate location, the ad or campaign link that brought you here, and browser identifiers used for analytics and advertising.
We use website tools to measure visits and website use, understand which campaigns lead to form submissions, display fonts and embedded widgets, host and deliver pages, and protect the website and its forms from attacks and automated bots.
Sharing and tracking across websites
Information is shared with providers of website hosting, security and page delivery, analytics, marketing attribution, fonts, embedded widgets, chat and AI replies, and customer relationship management. Our marketing agency also keeps chat information. The tools listed below describe these providers and their purposes.
We also use visitor identification and advertising identity tools. The visitor identification service tries to identify otherwise anonymous visitors by matching their browsers to identity data held by partner networks. LiveIntent links browsers to identifiers used for advertising. These providers collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use our site. We share information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your information.
